About Eastern Slopes Power Coaching
Eastern Slopes Cycling can offer the breadth and depth of 32 years of cycling expertise and scientific method through Eastern Slopes Power Coaching.
The coaching, support and athlete management is provided via Training Peaks™ web based software . Each athlete will have complete access to their coach and the resources of the Eastern Slopes coaching programs. Remote coaching and individual one on one coaching options are availalble. Eastern Slopes limits the meunber of athlete's that are coached within our programs so that quality and responsiveness is maximized.
Remote (Online) Coaching Options
The online remote coaching options allows cyclist athletes to receive as comprehensive a coaching package as their needs dictate . This is a power based coaching service and the athlete will be generating and submiting power data files through Training Peaks™ or directly by email or file upload to the Eastern Slopes Web site.
